The interior of this massive venue is absolutely unforgettable. You don’t come to Banff to sit inside, so this place brought the outdoors in. You’ll find a stargazing retractable roof, tons of patios, and even a 25-foot pine tree in the middle of the place. This place is both a restaurant and a craft brewery offering elevated pub fare and a huge selection of locally-brewed beers.
